課程概述

本課程將討論威廉森的斷言規則，即是「人們必須知道 p 時，才斷言 p」。因為這規則牽涉到威廉森對知識、概率、以及證據的立場，本課程亦會討論它們與斷言規則的關係。藉此對威廉森的斷言規則有完整理解。
 

課程目標
 學生在修習完本課程之後，應對威廉森的斷言規則有相當程度了解，並應有能力說明威廉森的斷言規則、知識、證據、以及概率之間的關係。 
課程要求
 採一對一方式進行，定期就指定閱讀內容提出報告進行討論，並於期末提出研究報告。
